It was delicious! I had mint on hand, so that is what we used for the chimichurri, so fresh and punchy with the mild shrimp!

The cucumbers and tomatoes were a really nice balance to the richer avocado and cheese. The pickled onions and olives added a perfect briny balance as well. I did add some chili powder to my avocado mash as well. This would make a fun wrap too, if you wanted something more portable!

I use this dressing for a salad of Arugula with crushed pistachios and Parmesan cheese, so good!

Tbf you stab it with a knife and take it out. It literally takes less time than chopping it up?

OMG, this was the best chicken I’ve ever made! I used boneless & skinless thighs and the only bad part was trying to remove as much fat as possible (a personal pet peeve of mine). I was so surprised at how good this was, as I’ve never been very successful at grilling until now.
This will now be my tried & true recipe for grilled chicken. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe.

Hi! The lemon juice really brings out the fresh strawberry flavor. It also helps keep the color bright red.

Haha! We’re very sorry for the distraction!

We don’t have a distinct classification, but we make all of our recipes with whole food, unprocessed ingredients. We aim for healthy, veggie forward and nourishing recipes, but not necessarily low calorie. Our next book is based on Mediterranean Diet principles (vegetable forward, olive oil, unprocessed foods), so many of our most recent recipes match those guidelines as well.

Overall, we just love good food, made with great ingredients!

(nutritionals are now added to the sandwich too)

We know many people watch their sodium intake closely, so to be extra careful, we don’t include sodium in our recipe information. This is because ingredients like canned garbanzos and broth can vary in their sodium content, and we wouldn’t want to give you inaccurate info!

If you want, you can still get an estimated sodium breakdown! Just pop the recipe into this handy website: https://whisk.com/recipe-nutrition-calculator/

I can no longer stop myself from opening it even while in the middle of a pro j act with a deadline. Here’s my problem: how do you classify your website? It’s not low calorie, not always healthy if watching your weight, either. On the Pesto Antipesto sandwich, I can’t find the nutritional counts. I love, and copy everything I see. Help!!!!!
