If you are out of white wine balsamic, do you think another variety like apple cider vinegar would work?

I made this a couple of weeks ago when a friend asked me to bring a dressing for salad. And I made it exactly as the recipe is written. It was delicious!!! My friend gladly kept what we hadn’t used and asked for the recipe. I’ve already made another batch. And more tahini. Thanks for sharing this.

Made this today to use up the little over 1/2cup of tahini I had left in a jar along with other leftover stuff. Excellent flavor. I added fresh grated garlic instead of garlic powder and an extra teaspoon of ginger and used Sherry Vinegar (literally had a little over 2 tsp left). So good! I love recipes like this you really can’t screw up.
